Disabling antivirus software may not always be effective. Sometimes you need to temporarily remove your antivirus program. Just press Win+I to launch the Settings app and navigate to Apps> Installed apps. Then, select your antivirus application and press the three-dot menu button. Then, select Uninstall and follow the on-screen instructions to remove it.

Turn off non-essential programs

BlueStacks require a significant amount of RAM and other system resources. If you have too many programs open and running in the background, BlueStacks’ performance will degrade, causing it to crash, be sluggish, and become useless. Close all non-essential applications and then check again to see if the problem has been resolved.

To do so, use the keyboard shortcut (CTRL + SHIFT + ESC) to launch Task Manager. Select the running process from the Processes tab and then click the End task button to end the application. Reopen BlueStacks to see if the app is running without crashing.
