4. Choose the Appropriate Printer Model

  • On the main menu, select your printer model: Epson L1210, L3210, L3250, L3251, L3260, or L5290.
  • Make sure the printer is connected to a USB cable and is ON.

5. Reset Waste Ink Pad Counter

  • Go to the Particular Adjustment Mode → menu and select Waste Ink Pad Counter.
  • Check the Main Pad Counter option, then click Check →  Initialize → Finish.
  • Restart the printer to complete the reset process.

If your Epson L3210 printer stops working and the message “Service Required” appears, run the reset steps as above. After the restart, the printer will return to normal and be ready to be printed.
